KARA: Hi, my name is Kara, and I’m the Patient Care Coordinator for Dr. Caggiano. So I’m going to be the first person you speak with when you call the office. And what I do, is I help you find out what your dental needs are and find an appointment that can work for you. Dr. Caggiano’s office is located in the Madison Park area, which is easily accessible from downtown Seattle. It’s a really nice neighborhood to feel. We’re located right above the Starbucks, which everybody likes. We offer a lot of amenities here at the office as far as, blankets, warm towels after appointments, headphones that filter out the noise. So just a lot of amenities that can help the patients feel comfortable. I think the way we treat patients at Dr. Caggiano’s office is we treat them more like friends, rather than just patients. I think we have a really good rapport with our patients and have developed a lot of relationships, rather than just a patient, doctor type of scenario.
