DEVIN PEARSON: My name is Devin. I’m Dr. Caggiano’s Patient Care Coordinator. I have been working with him for 13 years, and in that time I’ve seen a lot of changes as far as the advancements and the technology and the materials that are used to provide the best dentistry possible to patients. Throughout that time, Dr. Caggiano has been just a terrific person to work with, and also just an amazing dentist. He has a passion for it and I think that what makes the difference. He also has a commitment to continuing education, to going to classes to try to improve his skills and knowledge about dentistry, and you know, I find that exciting. Also, he includes the staff in that process by taking us to courses and giving us the expanded base of knowledge and expansion of that. I work with patients from the beginning to customize a payment plan that would work out for their particular budget. We offer several different types, some with no interest, which makes dentistry affordable. We’re able to provide that service for them. Patients react to Dr. Caggiano and the care that he provides to them very well. Often times the thank you notes and the appreciation for the work that he has done is something that I see on a daily basis. Sometimes people are a little bit nervous at first going to the dentist, but we really try to provide a really comfortable environment that really puts them at ease. So that change, and coming to the dentist doesn’t really have to be that scary anymore. And actually, a lot of people often enjoy coming into their dental appointments, rather than dreading it or being afraid to come.
